• By booking a service with us through our website, app, call, or WhatsApp, you agree to follow these terms and our Privacy Policy.
• These Terms may be updated or modified without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.date/time.

2. Services

• We provide residential, commercial, and industrial pest control, sanitization, and deep cleaning services.
• All services are carried out by trained professionals using government-approved and eco-safe chemicals.
• The scope of each service, including duration, treatment method, and area coverage, will be clearly mentioned before booking.
• Service results may vary depending on the level of infestation, environmental conditions, and follow-up maintenance by the client.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings can be made online, via phone, or WhatsApp.
• Service confirmation will be provided only after the booking details are verified.
• Payment Terms:
• 100% payment is to be made after completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
• GST and applicable taxes are additional and will be mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
• Quotation validity is 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of service may attract a nominal cancellation fee to cover operational costs.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
• No refunds are applicable once the service has been completed.

5. Warranty & Service Guarantee

• Certain services (like termite or wood borer treatments) may come with a written service warranty as specified in the quotation.
• Warranty applies only if the client follows the recommended preventive measures after the service.
• Warranty becomes void if:
• Unauthorized chemicals or other pest treatments are used later.
• Structural changes (such as flooring, wall modifications, or renovations) are made after service.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure that service areas are accessible and safe for our technicians..
• Keep pets, children, and elderly persons away from the treated area during and shortly after service.
• Inform our team in advance about any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements.
• Remove or cover food, utensils, and sensitive materials before treatment begins.

7. Safety & Compliance

• All chemicals used are government-approved and eco-friendly wherever possible.
• Our team follows the highest safety and hygiene standards.
• Luvleen Services is not responsible for damage caused by non-disclosure of sensitive materials or pre-existing structural issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive for complete satisfaction, we cannot guarantee permanent eradication of pests due to external factors.
• Luvleen Services shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Damage or loss caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions post-treatment.
• Losses arising from natural disasters, accidents, or factors beyond our control.
